This listing applies to the LLQ on March 9, 10 & 11. Please be sure to read regular TMX Rules and Policies for items pertaining directly to TMX all year.
ACCIDENTS: Please report any and all accidents to Rider Registration.
GATEHOUSE ENTRY: Anyone entering the grounds must properly register at the entrance gate of Tomahawk MX Park. ALL individuals will be required to sign a Waiver/Release prior to entry and will be expected to abide by TMX rules. Racing Rules and Classes regarding the LLQ can be found at mxsports.com
RIDER/PARTICIPANT REGISTRATION: All riders must properly register before entering the track/race. All riders must personally be present for rider registration. Minors must be accompanied by parent or guardian to registration.
REFUNDS: Unless the race is cancelled, there are no refunds once practice has begun. Be sure you and your bike are ready.
PIT RIDING: Pit riding is limited to 5mph in the Pits. No spectator riding.
PETS: All pets must be on a leash with a responsible person attached to the other end.
TRACK RADIO STATION: Please keep your radio tuned to FM 88.3 (or in that range) for up-to-date announcements and information throughout the weekend.
TICKETS: Your wristband is your weekend pass and must be worn at all times. If you leave the facility/grounds, you must have it on in order to re-enter. This is your gate ticket. Do not take it off. Please see EVENT FEES table.
GARBAGE: Please BAG and TIE your garbage in plastic and place it alongside themiddle gravel road for pickup. RV’s within the fence can place their trash alongside the road leading into the camper hookup area. If you forgot a trash bag, please visit the gatehouse or a camping neighbor to get one. DO NOT LEAVE LOOSE GARBAGE OUT FOR PICKUP.
SPECIAL NEEDS: If you need handicapped parking accommodations or have other special needs, let us know at the gatehouse when you arrive. We will do our best to accommodate you.
MEDICAL INSURANCE: We do not have Rider Medical Insurance and we urge you NOT TO RACE WITHOUT IT. Riders are responsible for their own medical insurance. Rider medical insurance is available through the AMA’s RAMP Program at (800) 556- 7614 or visit www.insurance4ama.com.
PROHIBITED ITEMS: No fireworks, firearms, weapons, illegal substances, glass containers or any other items that may pose a safety hazard to our guests or competitors are permitted.
SEARCH POLICY: All persons, vehicles and their contents are subject to search at any time. If any fireworks, or prohibited items are found, you may remove them from the property yourself, or we will dispose of them for you. We are not responsible for the safe return of any confiscated items.
GUEST CONDUCT: Motocross racing is a family sport. We will not tolerate offensive or inappropriate conduct and we reserve the right to remove anyone from the premises. Riders are responsible for the conduct of their crew members, family and friends.
CURFEW: Anyone under the age of 18 must be at their campsite (or off the premises if not camping) by 10:00pm. Generators must be turned off by 10:00pm. Only low noise generators will be allowed after 10:00 pm.
BANNERS: Do not take any banners or signage from the premises. Do not vandalizeany of the banners or signs on the premises.
VANDALISM: Anyone caught abusing or misusing personal property, of any type (TMX property or visitors property) will be prosecuted.
PARKING: We will park you AS YOU ARRIVE in the next most-available space to fit your vehicle. You may not save spots for persons arriving later. IF YOU WANT TO CAMP TOGETHER, please ARRIVE TOGETHER. Due to space constraints, please try not to take up more space than you TRULY need. No campsites, tents or awnings are permitted within 20’ of the track(s).
FIRE EXTINGUISHERS: All racing rigs/motor homes/camping vehicles must have fully functioning fire extinguishers readily available in the event of an emergency.
CAMPFIRES: No campfires please. Due to the large amount of guests and racing rigs, we cannot permit fires of any kind.
QUIET TIME: Quiet time is 10:00 pm nightly. All loud noise, including loud generators, must be turned off at 10pm. Our racers need their rest!
RV WASTE PUMP SERVICE: Service will be available on Saturday morning starting around 10:00 am. We are arranging a pumping service to remove waste water from RV’s. If you will need this service, please ask for a “PUMP OUT” sticker at the gatehouse when you arrive. The price for one pump-out will be $40.00. Payment will be made directly to the service, not to TMX. PLEASE DO NOT DUMP WASTE WATER ON TMX GROUNDS DURING YOUR STAY.
PROPANE SERVICE: Propane refill service will be available on Saturday morning starting around 10:00 am. We are arranging a refill service to top off your propane tanks. If you will need this service, please ask for a “GAS SERVICE” sticker at the gatehouse when you arrive. The price for propane will depend on the amount you need. Payment will be made directly to the service, not to TMX.
